Meet Elyssa

Toronto-based graphic designer bringing creativity, accessibility, and a dash of fun to every project. She's an Associate RGD Member, known for volunteering at RGD Designathons, where she takes part in fast-paced design sprints for non-profit organizations, as well as sitting on the RGD Education Committee. In September & November 2023, she has been recognized as Volunteer of the Month for her efforts. Elyssa's passions lie in motion design, web design and development, all while prioritizing accessibility as a fundamental design principle. Credentials include a Bachelor of Design from York University and Sheridan College's YSDN program, with an honorable mention at the RGD Student Awards for her project Broadway Play.

When she's not designing the next best thing, Elyssa indulges in gaming, singing along to her favourite music, tending to her thriving plant collection, and enjoying virtual movie nights with her mom. She also treasures her visits to Kingston, where she cuddles endlessly with Gracie, her dad's beloved dog.
